pCLIP-dual-SFFV-ZsGreen
The pCLIP-dual-SFFV-ZsGreen expression vector allows transient and stable transfection, as well as the stable delivery of two gRNA into host cells via a replication-incompetent lentivirus. The pCLIP-dual-SFFV-ZsGreen vector is designed to be used in conjunction with a Cas9 expression vector or cells that already express Cas9. The 2 gRNAs were expressed from a single lentiviral vector that harbored two divergent U6 promoters, a 25bp identification barcode, Illumina-adapters, an SFFV promoter and a bicistronic ZsGreen-P2A-PuromycinR transcript.
