pPB-C-His

Bacterial expression vector with single tag: Protein expression will be driven by a T7 promoter, with a 6x His Tag at the C terminal. Inserts are flanked by and can be excised using NcoI and XhoI as long as inserts do not contain any internal NcoI or XhoI sites. The His Tag is not cleavable.
