pPB-His-MBP

Bacterial expression vector with dual tag: Protein expression will be driven by a T7 promoter, with a 6x Histidine Tag followed by Maltose Binding Protein at the N terminal. Inserts are flanked by and can be excised using NheI and XhoI as long as inserts do not contain any internal NheI or XhoI sites. The His-MBP Tag is cleavable with TEV.
